Useful information, hints and advice
Yoga is best practised on an empty stomach to prevent discomfort or indigestion. 1-2 hours after a snack or 4 hours after a meal is ideal. Yoga is practised in bare feet for better control and body awareness. However, socks are good to keep your feet warm during relaxation. Any comfortable clothing is suitable.
